# Reflow - Real-Time Nervous System Reset & Guided Breathing > reflow.today is the official home of Reflow, a free, privacy-first tool for resetting your nervous system in real time. Reflow can read optional biofeedback signals (camera-based heart rate, microphone-based breathing rate, or a Bluetooth wearable), or you can simply pick how you feel, and then it guides you through a short, personalized breathing exercise with calming sound. Available as a web app at https://reflow.today and coming soon to iOS and Android. ## What Reflow Does Reflow helps you move from a stressed or activated state toward a calmer, more balanced one in under two minutes. You can let Reflow estimate your current state from optional biofeedback, or choose from 50+ everyday situations (for example "before a meeting", "can't sleep", "feeling overwhelmed"). It then matches you to one of 12 evidence-informed breathing techniques and plays a gentle calming tone while it guides your breath with on-screen animation, timing, and optional haptics and voice. Reflow is designed as a self-care and relaxation tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. It is not a substitute for professional medical or mental-health care. Developed by Appum Studios Ltd. ## Privacy All biofeedback processing happens on your device. Camera, microphone, and wearable data are used locally to estimate your state and are not uploaded to any server. There are no ads and no required accounts. ## Key Concepts ### Nervous system reset A short, structured breathing practice intended to help shift the body from a more activated (sympathetic) state toward a calmer (parasympathetic) one. Many people find slow, paced breathing relaxing; individual results vary, and this is a wellness practice rather than a medical treatment. ### Biofeedback (optional) Reflow can estimate signals like heart rate (via camera rPPG), breathing rate (via microphone), or heart-rate variability (via a Bluetooth wearable) to suggest a suitable technique. These are approximate wellness estimates, not clinical measurements. ### Breathing techniques Reflow includes 12 breathing techniques drawn from widely taught practices, including box breathing, 4-7-8 breathing, coherent/paced breathing, physiological sigh, diaphragmatic (belly) breathing, alternate nostril breathing, ujjayi (ocean) breath, and energizing, grounding, and release-focused patterns. Each has its own timing (inhale, hold, exhale, hold) and suggested number of cycles. ### 432 Hz and Solfeggio tones Reflow can play a gentle 432 Hz tone or Solfeggio frequencies during a session. These are offered as a subjective listening preference that some people find pleasant or relaxing. They are not presented as scientifically proven or medical, and Reflow makes no health claims about specific frequencies. ## Platforms ### Web App (https://reflow.today) - Runs in a modern browser, no installation required - Optional camera, microphone, and Bluetooth wearable biofeedback (with permission) - 12 guided breathing techniques with animation, timing, sound, and optional haptics - Launch the interactive web app at https://app.reflow.today ### iOS App (coming soon) - Guided breathing, biofeedback, and calming sound on iPhone and iPad - Free, with on-device processing ### Android App (coming soon) - Guided breathing, biofeedback, and calming sound on Android - Free, with on-device processing ## Links - Website: https://reflow.today - Web app: https://app.reflow.today - Breathing guide: https://reflow.today/guide - Learn (sound frequencies): https://reflow.today/learn - Company: https://appums.com ## Common Questions **What is Reflow?** A free, privacy-first nervous system reset tool.
